Naturopathic telehealth · est. 2002

Careful medicine, at the pace of a conversation.

I'm Dr. Greg Nigh — a naturopathic physician with twenty-five years of clinical practice. Together we build careful, individualized treatment plans grounded in natural medicine and current research, delivered by telehealth from the comfort of your home.

Why naturopathic telehealth?

After 25 years building a practice in Portland, Oregon, I moved to the East Coast. My active Oregon license allows me — via telehealth — to continue working with established patients and to take new patients as well.

"Quality care, made accessible — without leaving your home."

Your champion for optimal health

A focus on the whole person.

With more than two decades as a primary care naturopathic physician, I guide patients through their health journey with strategies tailored to who they actually are — supporting what the body already knows how to do.

  1. 01A thorough intake and evaluation, without shortcuts.
  2. 02Attention to the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of health.
  3. 03Treatment guided by current research and decades of clinical experience.
  4. 04Care that is highly individualized — every patient is a unique puzzle.

My story

A long road into the work.

I grew up in Indiana, did my undergrad at Notre Dame, started graduate school at DePaul in Chicago, then more graduate study at ASU in Tempe, where I completed a master's degree. From there to Portland, Oregon, for a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, both finished in 2001. I've been in clinical practice since February 2002.

I like to research things, and to publish and talk about what I find. My clinical specialty is naturopathic oncology, though I've spent decades treating a wide range of complex illness. More recently I became certified in peptide therapy — small organic molecules that help the body function with greater efficiency and balance.
